Is it safe to wear a hat while working out, or will it damage my results?

Hi, I had a hair transplant for about a year ago. So far im not very pleased with the results because my areas are not full yet. Im waiting for about half a year more to see my results. Ive been wearing hats and been told that its not bad for hair to wear hat, BUT recently I wanted to start working out to the gym, and i have to wear a hat there. Is it bad for hair, to start working out (with a hat)? Hats are snapbacks and not very tight. Sorry if my english is not good. Regards.

Normally, you need to see a doctor for an examination before considering a treatment.  If you have traction alopecia, you still need to see a doctor for an examination.  If your doctor happens to recommend surgery, you would need written permission from your mother.

Think about what your doctor may say if you follow someone else's advice and you end up with a bad result.The Internet may confuse you more with conflicting answers.  The only correct answer in your case is what your doctor (the one you paid a lot of money and trusted) recommends.

You should ask your doctor this question as each doctor has different post operative care instructions.  Some doctors a very specific.  The another issue is WHY?  Why would you want to do this and where did you get the idea?

What you ask can be technically possible, but it probably will not give you a good result.Another option would be to just add more hair (hair transplant) on one of the whorls to over power it and hide the center thinning.  Another option would be Scalp MicroPigmentation to hide the thinning...
