A blepharoplasty would be the best and most definitive treatment.  A non-invasive alternative that would work better would be the Plasma Pen.

Thank you for your questions and photos. Facetite/Morpheus 8 is a system that uses radiofrequency to shrink wrap the tissues. This would potentially be a great option for your jawline/jowls. Morpheus 8 is not used on the eyelids. You may be a candidate for an upper eyelid lift called a blepharoplasty.
