1 side of my stretched ear is thinning, can I get fillers? (Photos)

I have my ears stretched to 1/2inch. I noticed about 6 months ago that my right ear is pierced lower than my left. Therefore my lower and side parts of my ear ire getting thin. I’m s starting to worry about tearing and was wondering if fuller would plump up that area and give me some security. Thank you!

While there is no direct evidence showing it is unsafe to receive fillers while breastfeeding, there is a lack of studies proving it is safe. For that reason it is recommended to wait until after you have finished breastfeeding before having your filler treatment.
