I am 4 weeks post op. 270 round cohesive gel, under muscle implants. A few days after surgery I noticed what felt like a trapped air bubble on the left of my left breast. It pushes in under the light pressure of a finger and then pops back out. I am now getting more at the bottom of the breast and one on the cleavage side too. Are they just air bubbles that will be absorbed by my body and if so how long will this take, or are they something I should worry about? Many thanks.

If you have undergone a full evaluation and you are otherwise at low risk for a DVT, I believe you could undergo a breast augmentation with small likelihood of a recurrent DVT using non-anticoagulant prophylaxis.
If your implant pocket has enlarged, it may cause the implant to shift position. If you have a tight capsule it could shift it upward. Hard to say without an exam. If it is a capsule and is tight and bothersome it should be fixed.
