Lat Flap reconstruction home care. How do I sleep with wounds on my front and back?

The previous expander placement failed on the radiated breast. Now lay flap planned. Home care was horribly painful after last surgery. Especially getting up. Planning on using the recliner this time. How will I stay comfortable and mobile when I get home?
