Hello, I have a very thin face, so I decided to get some fillers. My surgeon injected radiesse and voulma in my cheekbone, cheeks hollow, and jawline about 3 weeks ago. The result is amazing. However, I always do facial exercises for stronger jawline such as (kiss the sky exercise). But I am a bit worried if this exercise will make my body dissolve the filler faster? Should I keep doing it or should I stop?

Answer: Exercise should not affect how long your fillers last.
Agreed, your jawline filler looks great! The nice thing is that the fillers you/your provider chose to use will last for a long time and will stimulate collagen in the area where you had it injected. Go ahead and exercise away! It shouldn't affect your fillers one bit. Good luck!
I tell my patients that the collagen build-up after Radiesse will last 15-18 months. It is not permanent, so within a few more months, you should return to your previous baseline.
Radiesse will neither spread nor expand. I recommend that you wait until the swelling and bruising have subsided and revisit your concerns with your injector. If replacement of lost facial volume is your goal, something like Sculptra or Voluma may be more beneficial.
