Nasal skin thickening - how can I fix this? (Photos)

Hello, 34f diagnosed with rosacea on my nose. I have had some skin thickening the last 5 years or so and my nose looks noticeably more bulbous. I’ve been on azeliac acid 15% for 3 years and have also done two CO2 fractional laser sessions. Those have both helped with oily skin/redness/sebaceous filaments And texture. But they have not helped with the thickening thats occured over the past 4,5 years. Ive gotten opinions from a dermatologist, ENT, and a plastic surgeon . Been told it’s rosacea /also have a deviated septum. A plastic surgeon told me it’s cartilage and I need a rhinoplasty. I’ve been trying to fix this for years and would love to just have my normal nose back without surgery if possible. I’ll post some before and afters. I understand my afters are much better quality but 5 years ago i wasnt taking pictures of my nose the way i am now so they are what I have from before these changes occured. Thank you .
