I am 40 and I've been getting Botox for 15 years around my eyes. That stopped working so tried xeomin, dysport, coolpeel, and chemical peels. Eyes still supe give away my age. Can CO2 get rid of lines, wrinkles and creepy skin?

. Based on what I can see, the concerns appear to be fine lines and mild crepey skin around the eyes rather than significant volume loss. In cases like this, fractional CO2 laser can be a very effective treatment because it resurfaces the skin and stimulates collagen production, helping improve skin texture, fine lines, and overall skin quality.
While neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Daxxify help reduce dynamic wrinkles caused by muscle movement, they do not directly address skin texture or crepiness. This is where collagen-stimulating treatments such as CO2 laser, RF microneedling, PRF, or other regenerative treatments may provide additional benefit.
