I already feel a hard bump where the stitches were from scar tissue now I'm worried my lip will have to be cut open again due to this black piece of a stitch I see in there? What do I do? I'm worried that this dumb dr that injected me in the first place ruined my lip for good

Try to massage the lumpy area of scar tissue each day, by pinching it between your fingers.  This may help the firmness.Go back to see the doc that left the suture behind, so it can be removed.

Julie, Do not panic. If a stitch was left in it will come out. If it is hanging you can pull on it gently. If it does not come out with a gentle pull go back to your doctor and they will get it out. Should cauise no harm.
