During and after my Invisalign treatment my cusps began to not fit into the fossae of my teeth. My top and bottom arches no longer meet properly. I cannot chew, my front incisors are cracking together when I talk. I have pain in my jaw, face, ears, and chin. For 54 years I had none of these symptoms and had great dental health. My Invisalign provider told me to "finish the process and my teeth would settle in." It has been two years now and my symptoms are worsening. Where do I go for help? The provider made my front teeth short, applied interproximal reduction (though I had no crowding), and refused to refer me to an orthodontist or call Invisalign with my symptoms.
