i had them done in 1989, and they've always been very natural feeling and looking and small. now, after breastfeeding two children, my breast are sagging a bit and very soft. i can no longer feel the implants. i plan on getting them redone. i am about finished breastfeeding.is there a need for concern that i can no longer feel my implants? i bet even a doctor wouldn't be able to tell i have them!

Answer: Nursing, lactation and breast changes over existing implants.
Thank you for your question. Silicone implants cost more than saline implants because they are more safe to use. I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed examination to discuss all possible treatment options and what your expectations are.
It is tough to say what is the right implant for you without an exam. If you want fuller breasts and need volume than an implant is important.
Hello. Thank you for your inquiry and congratulations on your surgery! It is important to have an in-person medical assessment regarding this issue as it is difficult to determine virtually. Continue to update your doctor in the matter and follow their post-op protocol.
