24 years old male - will buccal fat removal help or genioplasty? (Photos)

I have chubby cheeks/jowls wondering if I buccal fat removal would help or if it's because I have a short jaw? I feel like I've got a flat face, and I've got round features. I want a more defined face with that hollow look.

The beard is hiding your profile, but it appears that your chin is recessive. A sliding genioplasty or chin implant would improve your facial balance. Many surgeons will perform chin surgery in conjunction with rhinoplasty, but apparently that wasn't discussed with your rhinoplasty surgeon.
