Will reducing the size of my nose make my close set eyes appear wider set? (Photo)

I would like to improve the shape of my nose and make my close-set eyes appear wider-set. I have quite a high bridge and the tip of my nose is quite bulbous. Would correcting these things help with the close-set eyes do you think?
