Can I Add a Layer of Salicylic Acid then Add a Layer of Glycolic to Make a Combination Peel?

I have used both glycolic 40% and salicylic 20% separately for months, and I was wondering if I could layer them into one combination peel? Can I put one layer of the salicyclic and then layer over it with the glycolic. I know they sell a comination peel, I just thought since I have the two already, then I could do both at once.
