I've heard that many people regained their acne 2 years after the treatment, more or less, and if not, their oily skin came back with a few breakouts, is this true? is it rare or common?

It is going to be hard for you to find an answer that will tell exactly when you can drink alcohol, or do heavy exercise. In my experience I tell patients that once they have stopped taking their Accutane they may have a glass of wine with dinner, but to wait for 2-4 weeks before drinking more...
While it is believed to be safe after 1 month I believe it would be best to seek the advise of your doctor and get them to give you the green light to start to trying to conceive. Best of luck!
