Does eating honey cause acne?

I eat healthy which means that I eat low glycemic foods, drinks only water, eat fruits, berries, vegetables etc. I ate some honey with my oatmeal today and I'm afraid that I will get acne, because honey contains about 80% sugar. Note* I'm on accutane.
