To answer your question directly, it will be a “waste of money”. Unfortunately, still nothing reasonably good, affordable and/or permanent exists to treat cellulite. Most treatments, as the swelling goes down over 3-6 months, so does the effects. Specific for buttocks cellulite, I have actually had cellulite reduction of anywhere between 50 to 80% using buttock implants. So, if you are also interested in adding more volume and projection to your buttock, this may be your best relatively safe and permanent option. Please know that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so you may have to travel far and away from home to seek consultation with this particular type of surgeon. Thanks for posting your pictures. From observing your pictures you appear to have under projected butt with noticeable cellulite. In my opinion Lanluma is not the solution to your condition. It is expensive, requires 3 or more injection sessions , it is temporary -1-3 years and it does not give you enough projection. Your best option is a sub fascia butt implants that will eliminate your cellulite and give you long term result with nice projection of the buttocks.
Always consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who perform lots of butt implants surgery in accredited surgery center for your safety.Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice projection, smooth skin and one incision between the cheeks.
