Does Accutane cause aging?

I read this from one source: "Accutane can be used for cancer patients. The mechanism of its action is causing telomere shortening. It leads to an increase in the rate of cell death." So does accutane make us die soon and be aging fast?

Accutane, or isotretinoin, is a form of Vitamin A. Any abundance of a vitamin isn't good, but what you are referring to is talking about a specific type of cell and a specific level of Vitamin A. To put it shortly, no Accutane will not cause you to die any sooner, or to age any faster.
