Hello and thank you for your question. You can always start on the lower end of the unit spectrum and add more if needed. I would recommend doing an in person consultation with a dermatologist to find out exactly what is recommended for you.

I would imagine that this is due to the overheads that all doctors have to pay. Insurance, regulation, accreditation, training, rent, staff, pensions, etc all have to be counted when deciding how to price any treatment. 

Swelling may take several days to resolve after Botox or filler injections. Following up with your doctor is advisable.

I would recommend another week of waiting. I would look closely at your before photos to see what was there before. Sometimes when we have fillers, botox or other changes, we notice different perspectives of our own face. If the line was not there and persists another week, then...
