I have really huge legs. Do you think I have lipedema? (Photo)

big legs doesnt mean lipedema but It can.  loose skin and disproportionate fat needs liposuction and/or skin tighteing and skin removal.  please see an expert this is a very specific procedure that needs very specific work (see link).
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. Lipedema is fibrotic Subcutaneous Adipose Tissue disease. It has a characteristic history that includes bilateral pain and leg swelling. It needs to be diagnosed with a careful physical exam and exclusion of other causes. No one can properly diagnose lipedema from just the photos. It is controversial whether lipedema can be diagnosed without symptoms, but I believe it can be. It is certainly possible that you have lipedema but I or any expert can not properly know without a full evaluation. Treatment of lipedema should be comprehensive and include an anti-inflammatory diet and compression. Lipedema Reduction Surgery is effective at reducing pain, and tenderness and improving mobility for women with lipedema. Lipedema Reduction Surgery can also improve body shape, but that is a secondary goal. Wishing you the best of health

Based on your pictures I don’t believe you have lymphedema. If you do it it’s a very mild version.This is a poorly understood condition. There is no test, understanding of underlying ideology or treatment other than Liposuction.Lower extremity liposuction is tricky and prone to come toward irregularities unless done with someone very talented and on someone who has tight skin.Skin laxity and cellulite ate both made worse by Liposuction.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
