Question

Hello I had FUE of 3500+ grafts 5 month 1 week ago. I recently suffered an infection in which a greasy glue like liquid was coming out of my scalp. That's the reaction I had when I used rogaine foam. So my doctor advise me to quit and gave me antibiotic that cure infection. I want to know what can I expect It seems that growth has been halted. Some areas have show very god growth but others are showing growth but hair is so thin that one can conclude it is failure. Would it get better

At 5-8 months after the procedure all transplanted grafts should be growing with visible hair above the skin.  The grafted hairs are shorter and thinner than the surrounding hairs.  Grafts with multiple hair shafts aren't always growing multiple shafts at six months.  The immature hairs have less visible impact at six months than they will at a year.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  Infections may impact the hair follicles but you will not know until all your hairs grow out.

This may be too early a time to determine what will happen to your hair growth as you must waita full 8 months to get 80% of the growth. Be patient.  From what I see, you are slightly ahead in the growth curve
