You can see the size of my body in the picture. I barely fill out a 32b bra and have to have major push-up.My doctor wants to give me 350cc but I believe that will be too small. I want 400 cc so he will bring 350 375 and 400 into surgery. I will beg for the 400 but I want to make sure it won't look too big on me first. I want a little more professional feedback. His biggest complaint from patients is that he gave them too small.

Answer: Is 400 cc too big? Because you are 4' 11" tall, I believe that 400 cc implants would be bigger that your best option. While your breasts themselves might look good, you would be somewhat top heavy and you would lose some hourglass curves. 350 cc seems like a better option to me, but it is subjective and you will need to decide for yourself. But from the photo submitted, a surgeon should be able to safely, easily implant 400 cc implants, likely high profile silicone, because you have a nice narrow torso.
