I'd just like to get an idea as to what I'm getting into. I'm 21, developed VERY early, and now want smaller, perkier breasts. I've done some research and I feel like I'll need a reduction, lift, AND augmentation. I'm not entirely fond of the look of reduction and lift alone and aesthetic is super important to me. I'll include a picture of myself and my dream chest. I've lost about 15 pounds since that picture was taken as well. Opinions? is my goal possible?
Answer: Best breast operation for me? Yes, I think you have a very good understanding of the "issues" at hand. A very well executed breast lift/augmentation procedure will likely be necessary to achieve your aesthetic goals. My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully. If I were seeing you in consultation, I would ask that you communicate these goals in terms of goal photographs and/or computer imaging. Avoid the use of cup sizes as a reference point; this can be a source of confusion and miscommunication. Working together you will come up with a good plan to achieve your goals. You may find the attached link helpful to you as you learn more. Best wishes.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Ideal breast The two ideal images you sent are of women with breast implants. They had a small firm chest prior to augmentation and then have a tight breast on top of an implant post op. They also have very little body fat. If your body fat was similar to theirs then a lift and implant could make your breast more uplifted and rounder in shape. Of course the trade off is a scar round the areola and on the breast skin. I recommend achieving your best body weight and then proceed with consultation for a lift and a implant. If you loose weight after surgery it may compromise the results.

Answer: Can I go from a DD/E cup to a nice perky B or C cup? Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided photos as well. Based on your photo, i think that with a small implant and a breast lift will give you a perkier, fuller and beautiful breast. I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals. Good luck :)

Answer: Breast reduction, uplift and augmentation Doubtful! My opinion, If you have lost 15 pounds since the picture you really need to post an up to date photograph for a valid opinion. Also you do not state which picture is you! I assume it is the one outside? But the face is obscured in the second one so that may be you?? I think you ( the lady outside?) have a nice natural shape to your breasts which are full and well proportioned. I would encourage you not to pursue surgery. In particular not to exchange naturally full breasts for artificially filled breasts with implants. Surgery may also prevent you breast feeding in the future which you may wish to consider. I assume you are not the picture of the women in the bath. Note she is reclining and possibly holding her left breast up. It is quite possible her breasts look quite different when she is upright! Pictures often deceive! Ultimately if you want to change your breasts I suggest a careful consultation with a suitably trained and experienced plastic surgeon. It would be helpful for you to have images of what you are hoping for. However, I am concerned that you are looking at a lot of surgery, that leave scars, with risks, and with results which may well fall short of what you are hoping for. I wish you well.
