I am 5 weeks post op open rhino and broke out in small bumps all over my face 2 wks post op. saw my surgeon who said it was not surgery related, been to a dermo who has said its subclinical acne or folliculitis, as the bumps are only obvious under direct light. My skin was perfect prior to surgery and I am 31 years old . is this temp? will it heal within time what could have caused this ? any suggestions on how to treat it as Im allergic to benzoyl peroxide this is what the dermo recommended.
