Dr. Teng is great. Quite informative; and despite he being interrupted by me several times with lame interjections and attempts at levity … was patient and professional. Truly an informative and patient-doctor + gentleman — quite well bred. Treats even unruly patients… i.e., like—moi-meme like a PRO. Prospective patients looking for an ENT Doc., and/or Surgeon— will be quite happy with Dr. James Teng.

Dr. Teng was fantastic to work with. I was recommended to him by another ENT doctor due to his background in plastic surgery and facial reconstruction. My septum was severely deviated making it hard to breathe on one side. When I went in for my consult, Dr. Teng made it very clear what was going to be done, and what I could expect. After my surgery was completed I learned from him that my nose had been broken a few times as well, but he fixed those areas as well. My nose healed very well, leaving basically no visible scar at all. My breathing has been greatly improved, as well as it looks visibly straighter . Its far better than it ever was, yet it doesn't look fake, nor like I've had any surgery. I would highly recommend someone to go to him if they're suffering with a deviated septum, you'll be glad you did!

Dr. Teng is great! Pre and post surgery he explained the procedure to me where I understood what was going to happen. He speaks to me like I’m a human being and does not go off on Medical words. The reason this was important to me is because I’ve had this procedure done once on me in India and it was unsuccessful surgery unfortunately. He understood my hesitation for the surgery but he was really patient with me and explained in details and gave me my time to think about it. After my surgery with Dr. Teng I felt the difference within couple weeks of recovering. He also needed to removed my cartilage from my right ear to put into my right side of my nostrils because the passage way was so small I couldn’t breathe properly, ever since that correction it’s made a huge difference to me. These are the important information that Dr. Teng gave me in order for me to have a successful surgery, indeed I did.

I actually had an excellent experience with Dr. Teng. I had recently rhinoplasty done that was mainly to fix my difficulty breathing, my nasal cartilages were collapsed, so I ended up with an ear cartilage graft and reconstructing nasals surgery. The results came out as I wished, I can breath better, my nose looks straight/even nostrils and prettier.!! I'm absolutely happy with the results, and I highly recommend Dr. Teng because of the outcome I got is enough to prove him as an expert in his field. I am one month post surgery and am healing really quickly- Dr. Teng did such a great job, I didn't think it would be such a smooth recovery. He discovered other issues with my cartlidge that were causing problems and was able to correct that aIong with my original reason for looking into this surgery. I was nervous about the procedure, but the staff at the surgery center made me so comfortable, Dr. Teng came in and reassured me before the surgery, I am so happy with the whole experience!
