What is the most minimal procedure to reduce my bulbous nose? (Photos)

Question

I find tip of my nose too bulbous and flared, and my nostrils are different sizes. I have a bit of a dorsal hump but i'm not concerned about that all. Overall, i'm looking to get a narrower and slightly sharper nose tip, while keeping it harmonious with the bridge. I want the most natural results with no lift to the top or extreme sharpness. I just want something that fits my face better and doesn't pull all the attention into my mid face, because my mid face is bit narrower so my nose sticks out even more. What minimal procedures do you recommend to balance it out?

You have a mild dorsal hump, a wide nasal tip and a retracted nostril on the right side. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty to take down the dorsal hump slightly and a possible cartilage graft to the retraction of the right nostril and tip refinement.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
