Question

Female, 28, no history of any procedure. I want my right brow to match my left brow, without lowering my left brow as I like how that side of my face looks. I am unsure what procedure would be recommended or how likely the chance of success.

You have a high forehead and asymmetry particularly laterally. You would benefit from a browlift done at the frontal hairline junction. This will lower the hairline and more forehead skin can be removed from the right side to correct the asymmetry. This takes 2 hours to perform under general anesthesia and costs $7,000.

You have a beautiful brow shape and very attractive facial features. The asymmetry is subtle but I do see it, with the right brow sitting slightly lower than the left both centrally and along the outer tail toward the temple. An endoscopic brow lift is a fantastic and precise option here, performed through small incisions hidden within the hairline, that allows to selectively elevate the right brow to match the left without touching the side you love. As an added benefit, lifting the right brow will have a natural corresponding effect on the right eye, encouraging it to take on a shape and openness that more closely mirrors the left. It is a same-day procedure with a very manageable recovery. Most patients experience mild swelling and some bruising and are comfortably back to work within about one week.

From the photo provided, you might wish to consider a consultation with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injection expert to discuss the use of targeted Botox microdroplets placed under the outer third of the lower eyebrow. This alone may result in sufficient brow elevation to create greater symmetry.
