Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Your tip can be made thinner and alarplasty can be done at the same time. While I can't say you can exactly get your ideal photo, you can certainly move in that direction as long as the procedure is done by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.
Hi @Bright810693. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend an in person consultation and examination to explore your goals and treatment options.Best of luck,Dr. Nima
Thank you for your question. You are likely a candidate for rhinoplasty to achieve the nose shape you desire based on the inspiration photos you provided. This surgical procedure can reshape the nose and refine the tip to help you reach your aesthetic goals. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to consider the inspirational photos you’ve selected and create a treatment plan that may help you attain the look you’d like to attain.
Based on these photos, you seem to be excellent candidate for rhinoplasty; refinement of the tip and dorsum, possibly small elongation, would create fine result. Not sure whether exactly like those models you liked, but significant improvement within your own facial anatomy and features. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, with good reputation in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.
You could have your nose done open it closed. I don’t think the alarplasty would be worthwhile because your nostrils are already pretty small.
Dear Bright810693,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi there! You could benefit from an open rhinoplasty and alarplasty. Open rhinoplasty affords precise placement of suture and contouring. Increasing projection and refining the tip are certainly possible using cartilage grafts obtained from the septum and would likely help your nose. We call this structure rhinoplasty. Alarplasty should be done very carefully in order to not create an excessively pinched or narrowed look. As for the last photos, I'm unsure if that would be possible in your case. The noses shown are very refined and narrowed which creates an operated look. In my experience, this is the opposite of what a majority of patients want. Consider seeking consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who performs rhinoplasty often. Hope this is helpful to you!
I would avoid an open approach rhinoplasty in your situation as you already have an over-rotated tip. I suspect that the thickness of the skin in your tip is quite a bit more than the models in the latter pictures. Therefore I don' think its realistic to expect to get the same or near same result. With regards to the alarplasty, you could perform a conservative reduction.

Packing verse no packing, smoking? there are several factors that determine whether or not a packing is used. If you are having a rhinoplasty only, most surgeons would not use a packing at all. If you are having septal surgery, then there are two choices. Some surgeons prefer a packing in most...
