How long until I can work out after a hair transplant surgery?

I had hair transplant one month ago. Can I go to the gym and workout (gym exercises) now? Please tell me.

Thanks for the question, your best bet is to send pics to see what can be done, if you do have sparse hair growth, a beard transplant can be performed to thicken the area, or a discussion can be had to partially thicken the beard in certain areas that can give the appearance of more hair growth....

Unfortunately, you are looking at an older type of lifting procedure. The newer type of lifts will give you an incision that is 60% to 70% shorter. Micro Foliicular Grafts can be used to fill  in the area that is problematic.
