Thank you firozbasha for your question and congratulations on your procedure. Typically I tell my patients they can re start gym routine at the 4 week mark. I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon and ask what his or her post operative instructions are. Best of luck.
We advise patients to wait for a couple of weeks before getting back to strenuous activity, such as gym workouts. Since you had your procedure 1 month ago, it should be safe to begin exercising again. Please check with the doctor who performed your procedure just to be certain.
Hello, Thank you for your question. You have to wait 2 weeks to go gym and workout. But for the healing process, it is better to wait 1 month. You could also swim after 1st month. However if you do any martial arts like boxing, you should wait at least 3 months.
For working out, you can go after 7 days. But if you want to do exercise you can wait for 3-4 weeks after surgery.
I allow all my FUE hair transplant patient to resume full cardio or weightlifting at 14 days. I am a little more conservative than most but a hair transplant procedure is such a huge investment I would rather err on the side of caution and not disrupt the grafts for a few extra days!
My patients are instructed to avoid heavy lifting, straining, exercise, or getting overheated until all the scabs and crusts are gone. This is usually 10-14 days for most patients. At this point, the risk of any graft loss or bleeding from the recipient sites is extremely low.All the best,
Thank you for your question. Surgical hair restoration transfersyour own hair follicles from a donor site to a recipient site on the scalp. Itis generally advisable to avoid exertional activities for the first weekfollowing the procedure. By about three weeks, most people may safely resumetheir exercise regimen.
I do not know what kind of technique was used on you but I only use FUE techiques utilizing robotic hair transplant with ARTAS or Neograft. I let my patients go back to the gym in 1 week after the procedureIn your case check with your doctor before making that decision
You can work out few weeks after surgery. Each doctor has different post operative care instructions. You should ask your doctor about his/her recommendations.
I generally advise my patients to wait ten days before exercising. However, every doc has their own post transplant protocol.
Hang in there. Thats what we counsel most of our patients. As you can see from the answers below, months 1-4 are scant growth, 4-8 is when things start to show better and 8-12 you will start to see the final results. Have patience and trust in what was performed. You still have time. There are...
Only a small % of women that I see in my practice are good candidates for hair transplants, due to the fact that it's typically diffused thinning all over. Another area of concern would be if you have no hair loss, when you make the incisions in the recipient area, you are at risk of damaging...
Thanks for the question, your best bet is to send pics to see what can be done, if you do have sparse hair growth, a beard transplant can be performed to thicken the area, or a discussion can be had to partially thicken the beard in certain areas that can give the appearance of more hair growth....
Unfortunately, you are looking at an older type of lifting procedure. The newer type of lifts will give you an incision that is 60% to 70% shorter. Micro Foliicular Grafts can be used to fill in the area that is problematic.
Over the years I have witnessed first hand the clinics that charge very little, and I have witnessed the clinics that charge more. And my conclusion has always been, you get what you pay for. In most instances you will find clinics that charge as little as 1 to 3 dollars per graft on the low ...
Without seeing you it is going to be difficult to tell what you are a candidate for. Typically, our younger men and women have had success with our Luce treatments to help control the hair loss and also take those weaker telogen hairs and make them stronger and healthier, which will make ...
