Hi, I came across a girl & like the size & natural look of her breast augmentation. She wrote on a post that she used to have natural D's but due to working out, she lost the fullness of her breasts and became a size b so she had her boobs done. I too, have larger natural boobs that have been decreasing with working out. I came across her surgeon who said she has 605cc. So I'm wondering- in order to achieve the size & look of her breasts, would 605cc be too large? Or what size would achieve this
Answer: Would 605cc be too large to achieve this wish pic goal for breast augmentation? Hello, thank you for your question. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers (starting with 560cc) your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Answer: Size The size you are discussing is a large and heavy implant, and is not for all women. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on a range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Please do not chose an implant that is too large for you will have thinned tissue and sagging breasts.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. You should also be aware that results of surgery can change in the future with significant weight change and/or stretching of skin from the milk of pregnancy. Answer: Breast augmentation I would recommend using 3D imaging to help you size your implants. This technology can adjust for implant volume and profile.
