How much for a breast lift with implant, side boob removed and arm lift?

Hello, for the longest time I have been wanting to get this done. I have lost 55 lbs already but now I am struggling to get to my goal. I weigh about 195 at 5'2. I live 1 hour away from Chicago southwest. I really want this done in the next month or so.
