Surgery was 10 weeks ago. About a month ago I noticed a lump/hard spot on my right breast to the left of my areola. I have a similar hard area on the other side but it's smaller. I went in 5 days ago for assessment. I seen the PA and after feeling it she said it was normal scar tissue. She said massaging will help break it up. This morning when I woke up it was very painful. The whole area area it hurts. Just pushing on my upper breast is painful. Is this normal?

The doughnut lift is done with the peri-areolar scar since the areola needs to be moved higher. The lift does involve more than moving the areola higher because the sagging breast tissue is also moved. with Grade 2 ptosis, you might need the vertical lift instead. Your surgeon who has examined...
Let your surgeon do the scar revision to get the scars more narrow, then continue once the tapes or sutures are removed with scar products. Avoid all tanning for 6 months or your scars will darken.
Yes, you have symmastia or tenting because the implants chosen are too large for your tissue and frame. You need to go down in size and a smaller width.
