Photo shows me with a 560cc silicone implant tucked in bra. The doc is recommending 475 ideal implant (I want saline) filled to 535cc. This is max fill. My bwd is 13 and my chest curves outwards slightly. Does this size sound too big? I don’t think the silicone sample I tried looked too big. Trying to go from 34a to 34d. Does 535cc seem too big?

Good day! For your guidance, here is a list of generalized breast implant sizing for most patients:
32A      to 32C needs about 250-275cc
  34A      to 34C needs about 300-350cc
  36A      to 36C needs about 350-400cc

Trying to go from A cup to a D cup is hard to do in one stage often. It really depends on how much laxity of your breast skin is present. Promising cup sizes is a whole Other issue.  Implant companies decide cup sizes the doctors don’t. So some of my patients may wear a cup size in one company but entirely different cup size in another company.  I would suggest you just rely on your surgeons expertise in trying to get you the look you’re looking for.
