Based on your photos, the ideal course of non-surgical treatments I would recommend for you would be a combination of Facetite and Morpheus 8, also referred to as Embrace RF. You have more excess skin than you have fat that needs to be addressed, so I agree with the recommendation of Morpheus 8 in place of Kybella or CoolSculpting. The reason behind this recommendation is that Morpheus 8 provides skin tightening as well as some moderate fat loss. To maximize fat loss I recommend combining the skin tightening effects of Morpheus 8 with the fat loss effects of Facetite. These two treatments together would be excellent in addressing the extra weight to the submentum, as well as tightening the crepey skin and addressing some of the skin texture. To be clear these are my non-surgical recommendations being that a neck lift would yield the absolute best results for you. It is important that you and your physician are on the same page in regards to realistic and achievable results. Going forward, I would recommend you to complete multiple in office consultations with board certified experts to discuss your ideal aesthetic goals. This way, they can better assess your face and create an ideal treatment plan for you. Best of luck, Kian Karimi MD, FACS
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Thank you for your question and for those beautiful photos! Although it is difficult to assess the amount of fat under your chin, the best recommendation for fat reduction and skin tightening in this area is liposuction , facetite, and Morpheus all done together under oral sedation. The liposuction will address the fat present in this area, and the facetite and Morpheus will address the loose skin. Although Kybella and Coolsculpting address fat, they do not significantly tighten the loose skin. Please make sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to see if this procedure is right for you. Good luck!
Great question! Yes, Moprheus8 is a safe and effective minimally invasive procedure that includes radio frequency for full body sub dermal adipose remodeling. The chin is a common area to have Moprheus8 performed on because it tightens and melts fat, which makes for a youthful appearance. I advise making an in person consultation to go over all your options.
Hi there, based on your photographs, you may be a great candidate for Morpheus 8! It will improve the laxity greatly. If you have a fat reduction treatment (such as Kybella or Coolsculpt) it will not address the loose skin, only the fat. Once the fat is removed the skin could appear more lax. I recommend a synergistic approach- first fat reduction, then Morpheus to tighten the skin (rather than one vs the other). Hope this information helps. Good luck!
The Morpheus8 is a great nonsurgical treatment option to address your concerns. In addition to targeting the fat cells, the radiofrequency component of the M8 will provide skin tightening benefits that you won't get with Kybella or Coolsculpting. Best of luck!
you will need neck and facelift for good results. facetite will do improvement but not a ton. morpheus should be your long term every 2 month treatment and dermarolling + peels weekly.if you want a dramatic change necklift/facelift, Implants and fillers will give you that. noninvasive will improve the area and facetite, threads, morpheus, and fillers can be used. start at home dermarolling to tighten you skin, see emeragecismetics.com where we do free skincare consults daily and recommend MTS roller with anteageMD ampules daily (see dermarolling package). With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel, co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles. You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:1. micro needling and lasers for texture2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen productionsee an expert for a full evaluation and treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals.Best, Dr. Emer
Hi there, Morpheus is a micro needling device that uses radiofrequency energy to both tighten skin and to burn fat. With many of our patients, we combine this procedure with liposuction to further remove excess fat. We've seen amazing results with our patients. This treatment is usually given in 3 sessions (each 4-6 weeks apart to allow collagen to form in between). Currently Morpheus8 can be used up to depths of 4 mm and Morpheus Body can be used up to depths of 8mm in the US. When used at increased depths of 3 mm or more, fat loss can occur. I develop a customized treatment plan for each patient undergoing a Morpheus treatment, including what areas will be treated with what depths and at what energies, thus resulting in an optimal result for that particular patient.
