       If you are happy with your size, a full breast lift will lift the breasts and give a perkier look.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast lifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

I think this was posted in another query and if you want about the same volume a lift only. If you want more volume then a lift with implants.

I am really uncertain about what you are asking. 

You certainly are a good candidate for a breast lift. If your size is satisfactory, that is all you need. If you wish to be larger, you would need to consider implants, and with the amount of lifting needed, your surgeon may well want to do the procedures separately (for safety).

Based on your photos, a breast lift would help in providing you with the optimum appearance. The lift will elevate your nipples to a higher position and address the sagging breast tissue. You should be able to wear similar sized bras after the lift. Implants alone will not elevate your nipples and breasts. Your breasts will also be larger than a 36D.
