I have had 2 breast revision surgeries, and my current implants are 400 cc silicone submuscular implants with a strattice sling. The implants can be seen and felt in the lower pole of my breast with no overlying breast tissue, and when I flex it seems my muscle and tissue just bunch up at the top of the implant. All I want is aesthetically pleasing breasts. Is explant and lift my best hope for achieving that?
