This is a great question and never to early to work on collagen and elasticity. I would recommend doing three treatments at a time to build up the smile lines.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Morpheus8 is a great option to improve your smile lines! It helps build collagen using micro-needling and radio frequency which will help diminish the lines. Treating your whole face will help improve skin laxity, it will help lift your cheeks which as a result will improve the look of your smile lines and give a more youthful appearance. Going to an experienced and knowledgable provider is important. They will adjust the settings to your skin type and address your specific concerns. Facial fat loss can potentially happen if the energy is too high so choose a qualified provider.

Smile lines respond very well to Morpheus 8.  We would use a combination of the standard Morpheus and add on the resurfacing tip.  Using both attachments would help regenerate collagen production which would give that skin some nice supple fullness/tightening and the resurfacing will help minimize any permanent creases in the skin that may be there without animation.
