Can I go from 28E to 28B?

Question

I play a lot of extreme competitive sports and I’m fed up with being unable to find a sports bra that is secure/comfortable and have my breasts get in the way. They are also very asymmetrical and droopy. Is it possible to go from a 28E to 28B? I’ve tried doing it by losing fat but I just dropped fat and boobs stayed at 28E. It’s a nightmare. I’ve put a picture of what I am and what I want to be.

Dear wild1991,
breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns.  You breasts can be downsized and lifted as part of the reduction surgery.  You should be able to achieve smaller breasts that are more compatible with your active lifestyle.
