I am now considering 275cc under the muscle moderate plus silicone mentor gel implants. I'm a 34A and want to be a 34 solid C. I am 108lbs 5'3 with 11cm BWD. My goal is natural looking!
Answer: Small implants best
At size 34 each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. To achieve a 34 C would require 200 cc implants. 275 cc implants should be more than enough to achieve your desired goal. I always recommend small silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. Implant profile is irrelevant when placed in the retro-pectoral position since the muscle compresses it. You are an excellent candidate for a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift. Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Through the same incision, implants can be placed. Aligning the areola, breast tissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall gives maximum anterior projection with a minimal size implant.

Answer: Breast Augmentation
I dont think 275 cc will get you to a "solid" C. For your chest and breast size, I estimate 325-350 would get you there. It would be helpful for you to "try on" those sizes and see how that looks. Good luck!

Answer: Breast Implants - Choosing the right size, shape, and profile
Thank you for your question, measurements and the photo.
Sizing is best done in person in the plastic surgeon's office with his or her highly skilled staff. Different ways to size are using the Mentor Volume Sizing System, 3D imaging/simulation, and New You Visualizer. Less sophisticated but very effective ways are placing breast implants inside a bra and filling ziplock bags with dry rice to "stuff" your bra. All of these will give you a reasonable approximation to help you choose the right implant size
275-300 mL moderate plus implants will probably give you a solid C cup, but this is only a guess-timate based on one photo. Individual results do vary. Again, getting sized in person is important.
As far as achieving a natural look, tear drop anatomical gummy bear implants can give you the size you want and still look natural. The gentle slope at the top of anatomical gives a natural look without that high, rounded implanted look from high profile round implants.
To be sure what is right for you, see two or more board-certified plastic surgeons in your area to make sure that you are healthy and a good candidate for surgery. Before your visit, make sure that your surgeon is skilled and experienced using all varieties of breast implants.

Answer: 275cc for a C
It will be close. With a 34 inch chest it usually takes 150-200cc to increase a cup size. My guess is that 300-325 might be needed. You need to prioritize what "natural" really means to you. Also you need to answer this question before your surgery: If it doesn't come out completely perfectly, would you prefer to be a bit smaller or larger? That will tell your surgeon which way to err. Good luck.

Answer: What implant size? Thank you for your question and for your photograph. I would recommend that you try on implant sizers to see if 275 cc will accomplish your goal. By your measurements you are petite and slender. While it is unlikely that you will want to go much wider you may wish to consider an implant that has slightly more projection such as a high profile. In my own practice I have my patients to try on implant sizers. We focus first on the width and then on the projection. I feel it is probably one of the best teaching tools. If you have not tried on implant sizers you may wish to discuss this with your surgeon. It will give you a better picture of what you look like after surgery. Best wishes.
