Will a 20 percent TCA peel performed properly reduce textural irregularities, 2 years after eyelid surgery?

Hello had upper bleph two years ago. Was a revision. Surgery was done properly but I have minor textural irregularities of the scar(very minor) I did 5fu and usd topical steroids,. Scar line is very thin and not hard, but there are very minor textural irregularities in a few areas and skin of eyelids is also. Bit resurfacing with peel help, I saw some stunning results in some patients. Skin is type 4 but I can pretreat. I would do the lower lids just upper, also what strength
