I am a year post op from a mastopexy, a few days ago I noticed a strange looking area on my breast right by my scar line when I felt it it was a hard ball like lump about the size of a BB, (bigger than a pea not quite a marble) is this normal a year post op for this to appear?

Small amounts of weight loss are unlikely to significantly affect your post reduction breast shape. The health and physical benefits from your weight loss are more beneficial than any negative effects it may have on your breasts. All the best.
WIthout an exam it is very difficult to say what is possible, I will say that if you are quite large then getting to a B cup and leaving you with a nice shape will probably not be possible. A C cup is more realistic.
