I'm 18 a Female and Going Bald! Why is This Happening? (photo)

How can I fix this problem and why is it happening? This is really concerning because my dad went bald around 25. The rest of my family has really nice thick hair. It started getting thinner about a year or two ago but I didn't realize it was this bad until now.
