17 days PO butt implant: yesterday all the fluids drained out of my incision now my butt looks smaller, will it get bigger?

submuscular butt implants:  After the fluid got out my butt got smaller:( will it get bigger again after healing or after the muscle relaxes ?? And does working out after healing gets the butt bigger like a normal butt or it doesn't improves the gluteus Maximus size after butt implant ???
