I'm 14 year old female and have a huge dorsal hump on my nose. What treatment would you recommend?

I have a huge dorsal hump on my nose. I am 14 and a female. When I was a baby I fell on my nose but it did not break and it was fine when I was a young child but at age 10/11 a hump starting forming and it has become bigger and bigger. What can I do about it? And how much would it cost?

Revision rhinoplasty to support tip, etc. it looks as though your tip is below your bridge line. Steroids will not help this at 11 months. See an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

Your photo sows that your nose is a little crooked. You also said you have a bump  but I can't see it on this front view.You can still fix the bump and straighten your nose by having a Rhinoplasty.

In general, pain following surgery is minimal. Pain medication is prescribed by your surgeon for any discomfort you may experience. I would recommend communicating any specific concerns to your surgeon prior to the procedure, as he/she will know the details of the surgery and advise accordingly....
