11 weeks post op tummy tuck with lipo flanks. I am 53 5'5 weigh 138. Prior to surgery I worked out 5-6times a week, running, zumba, spinning and cross fit training. I recently started about 2 weeks ago I ran 1 1/2 miles light weights and spinning in a weeks routine. My stomach swells and I get piercing pains on the side of my abdomen. Then they stop and come back sometimes very bad. Always feel some sort of discomfort. Pain comes and goes some day worse than others. Is this normal. Very discoura
