Hello! I have a few questions hope someone can help. I am 4'9, 100lbs, 32A. 2 kids. I Want to be a D cup . My doctor is planing on putting 295cc Natrelle gummy bear mod. Plus profile on me and that's a small C. I was thinking of going a little bit big at least a small D cup. Will I look ridiculous with the prefer size I want knowing I am really petite?. I am willing to accept any suggestions. I will attach my pictures and the my wish pictures. My surgery will be this coming December 1st.
Answer: D cup Thanks for your question! Sometimes, as surgeons, we put limitations on implant sizes because of a patient’s anatomy. If you trust your doc, then you should go with his recommendation. If you get a good result the first time, then replacement down the road to go bigger will be a much easier surgery. You can always seek a second opinion as well. Good luck!

Answer: Implant size selection Hello, Thank you for the question and photos. Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection. Based on your photos, 300-350cc range size implant will likely give you a nice full cleavage that you desire. I suggest that you discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Answer: Implants With your small frame, you do not want large and heavy implants. Your surgeon will guide you to the largest size for your frame and tissue. The size selected would be a good choice. Perhaps ask to go slightly larger.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Size Selection Good evening, I don't think that would look ridiculous on you at all- and 295cc will definitely not get you there- you probably need around 450cc HP or XHP to achieve that size and look.
