Can this 10 year old tattoo be fully removed? My rose was done in 2008, the Jellyfish was done in 2009. (Photos)

The Jelly was originally orange, yellow & green. Didn’t like the color, so I had it changed in 2010 to blue and red. The ink wasn’t as strong as the 1st application because in 2 years it faded dramatically! Now I just want them completely gone, not interested in any cover ups. I’ve certainly learned my lesson :(
