10 weeks ago I underwent septoplasty including turbinate reduction, maxillary and ethmoidecomy. I am on nasal irrigation corticosteroids for inflammation. I feel that my nasal passage is dry and uncomfortable. My nasal breathing is also noisy and airy at times, the doctor has ruled out a perforation. Is this noise likely to go away? I have a nasal voice at times too.
