What can I do to remove irritation and redness?

after triodepigmentation cream application (tretinoin, hydroquinone and hydrocortisone) on the underarms the skin peeled (which is the target of this treatment) but it turned red irritated and itchy but no blisters, how to reduce this and prevent scarring and is panderm good for this case and if not what to apply?

Hi ;Sorry you are having irritation and redness after using tridepigmentation cream . It sounds like the cream is doing what it is supposed to do, but your skin may be very sensitive to it ; or less likely you may be allergic to it. To reduce the redness and itching, it is best to stop applying the cream until the irritation and redness resolves. The light application of Aquaphor, mineral oil or petrolatum will help with healing. Panderm Cream is a stronger cream containing Nystatin, Triamcinolone, Gramicidin, and Neomycin, It prevents fungal and bacterial growth, Unless you have an infection, I would not use it initial because it may be more irritating.
