What can I do to remove irritation and redness?

after triodepigmentation cream application (tretinoin, hydroquinone and hydrocortisone) on the underarms the skin peeled (which is the target of this treatment) but it turned red irritated and itchy but no blisters, how to reduce this and prevent scarring and is panderm good for this case and if not what to apply?

Hello and thank you for your question. I do not recommend a chemical peel with acne as it will further irritate the area. I recommend using IPL to treat the affected area. I think you will see very positive results. I suggest an in person evaluation to explore your options. Best wishes. Dr. T

With my patients, I find that Soolanta does not thin the skin like other acne medication we use.
