Your question is so popular and there is much confusion as to Silhouette Instalift and the many previous thread lifts. &nbsp;As an injection specialist, a doctor who has chosen a very isolated focus on the dermal filler treatments and non-surgical treatments, I find the Silhouette Instalift&nbsp;an ideal and very exciting treatment to provide patients. The bidirectional cones and knotted thread made of completely dissolvable poly l lactic acid (the identical material of Sculptra) is providing up to 2 mm lift and collagen stimulation, is a very noticable - yet subtle- improvement for so many patients. This is not a comparble treatment outcome to a surgical facelift, but it is also ideal for many patients where a facelift may not be...&nbsp;

With results lasting up to 2 years, an all natural enhancement with appreciative results, I&nbsp;am thrilled to be providing this minimally invasive treatment to men and women along with dermal filler and Botox. Silhouette Instalift is not only a&nbsp;natural extension, it's a&nbsp;great foundation involved in treatment plans that will help achieve results my patients are desiring and expecting.

I am of the opinion that a patient 5 years post full facelift, does not have a significant amount of loose skin and believe that this procedure may be an ideal option for you. The silhouette instalift may be used in the mid face jawline, neck, and even forehead area and provides an average of 1-2&nbsp;mm. lift. As importantly, because it's made of poly-l-lactic acid, it will provide volume collagen stimulation which is so important to a youthful appearance. Sight unseen, I&nbsp;cannot make a recommendation, but I believe it would be a great route for consideration. This procedure provides results that&nbsp;last&nbsp;up to 2 years. &nbsp;Our practice charges $600 per suture, and my guess is that you'd want 4-8&nbsp;sutures depending (4 per area, jawline, or neck, or both).&nbsp;

I am a previous full facelift patient. After 5 years,I'm starting to see some mild jowling , as well as some loose skin in the neck region.I have seen the advertisements for this new procedure(with Dissolvable Cones) ,and I'm curious as to it's average cost and effectiveness . I'm not ready for a second full lift &amp; this seems like it could be a worthy enhancement to a previous lift. Waste of money and time?

I believe you would appreciate the results from either Kybella or CoolSculpting. You will see a reduction in the area of concern and in our experience, we've not seen significant changes in the skin laxity or greater sagging with our patients. We aren't able to assess you in person, however I&nbsp;would encourage you to discuss the skin tightening treatment options as well, because your concern is valid.&nbsp;&nbsp;Many of our patients choose to do a combination to further tighten and contour their jawline and neck following treatment with Kybella and CoolSculpting.

I am a 43 yr old with a terrible double chin. I have been reading about kybella and cool sculpting and I am trying to figure out which one would give me the best results. I am not interested in having surgery, but I am very concerned about being left with sagging skin after the fat is gone. Is one method more successful for a candidate in my age range? How many treatments are generally needed in this area? Do I need to do any skin tightening treatments at the same time to ensure success?

Our clinic that focuses on feminine rejuvenation sees most patients every 4 weeks between ThermiVa treatments, however those who have not been on the exact schedule have reported consistently positive feedback. We always encourage patients to commit to their treatments during the initial therapy.&nbsp;&nbsp;We've also seen patients who choose to purchase a treatment every few months as they notice symptoms or want to maintain the results and continue with visible improvement as well.

With Thermiva, what is the length of time between treatments, is 6 weeks to long to wait before the next treatment?

ThermiVa is provided in my clinic under the direction of our female Nurse Practitioner who has OB/GYN experience. &nbsp;While I&nbsp;am not involved with our ThermiVa patients I have attended in the training and conversations regarding the results and patient feedback. As well, several of our female staff have been treated and share openly with myself and with prospective patients, their experiences. In every case scenario, the initial series of therapy (3-4 treatments most commonly) have been progressive and they've continued to see greater&nbsp;improvement with each&nbsp;consecutive treatment.&nbsp;

Just had my 1st Thermiva treatment, noticed slight improvement, Does his mean the 2nd treatment will yield more benefits?

Thank you for asking this question!&nbsp;Dysport (or Botox) can be used to treat isolated areas (muscles), or&nbsp;multiple areas &nbsp;(muscles) during a treatment appointment. &nbsp;IF we treat some,&nbsp;and not all muscles in an&nbsp;area, you may notice&nbsp;some unfamiliar or unnatural movement, particularly after the product has taken full affect. &nbsp;When the product affects the treated muscles, the muscles surrounding the treated area&nbsp;are&nbsp;recruited and may cause this.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you were my patient, I'd ask that you let me know about treatment results 2 weeks after the initial injection. &nbsp;And in your case, would propose that we use a few more units of Dysport to relax or release&nbsp;the muscles causing the appearance of this&nbsp;expression.&nbsp;

I had dysport 10 days ago in my forehead and in my 11's. Then the other day I noticed when I go to do any facial movement this is what my forehead does. Why is it doing this. No pain, no visual bruising. The dr had no clue what happened....

I&nbsp;appreciate that you've shared a photo along with your questions- good ones by the way... and apologize that I can't use the photo entirely to make recommendations. &nbsp;Based on the feedback from one physician regarding a .5 cc Voluma per side, I&nbsp;think this is conservative and could offer you improvement and a very natural looking outcome. &nbsp;I&nbsp;love Voluma for many reasons, but also would encourage you to pursue a specialist who provides Sculptra. Based on your description of what concerns you most, it may also be an excellent product choice.

Regarding lumps and an unnatural look, it is common to have these concerns however not likely when you choose an experienced and talented injector.&nbsp;&nbsp;When and if you do acknowledge the product after the injection, it would more than likely be palpable (you'd feel it) , but not notiecable.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and I can see shadows and some hollowing in my face. I'm 29. I have seen a respected specialist who has told me I require 0.5ml of Voluma filer in each cheek. Could people tell I have had it done? (I don't want other people to know) Will there be lumps for the first few days? I have a 'good' cheekbone line to my mouth with a slight sunken lower cheek. Idon't want to change my appearance, just slightly make myself look more fresh!

Hello! And thank you for posting your question.&nbsp;

24 hours after the injection of Botox, you are fine to resume your exercise. We advise that you not lie flat or be upside down for the first few hours, but this had no impact on migration of your treatment.&nbsp;&nbsp;Some patients do experience a headache following the injection- so know that this is common among other patients. &nbsp;Your treatment of the "11s" takes up to 2 weeks to show results, however you will likely see results within the next few days. &nbsp;If you do not see the results you desire, make sure to follow up with your provider 2 weeks from the day of the injections. This doesn't mean anything is wrong; in many cases, we dose Botox conservatively to give your results and still allow expression (without the 11's of course). Sometimes a patient may need a few more units for ideal results. &nbsp;Overall, I&nbsp;am confident that you're going to love Botox!

I got Botox for the first time in my "11" wrinkles in between my eyebrows due to me over using that face muscle during sleep. I did notice a slight improvement the next morning. I went to hot yoga (105 degrees with 40% humidity) 24 hrs after and I had a headache after but figured I would take Advil and not worry. When I woke up this morning I feel like my wrinkles are back. Did I sweat it out or allow it to go in an area where I can have side effects?

I did Hot yoga 24 hrs after Botox. Am I okay?
